Full access to the Forum is conditional upon providing a valid and active LinkedIn profile associated with your real identity. Members who do not provide a LinkedIn profile will not be granted full access to the Forum or its features. By registering and submitting your LinkedIn profile, you confirm that the profile is accurate, current, and belongs to you. Members may also discuss suppliers in forum posts. These comments must remain professional, fair and fact based. Defamatory or malicious posts are prohibited.

Participation in Coffee Swaps and other networking tools is voluntary. Members are responsible for their own conduct in any meetings or communications outside the platform.
We accept no liability for outcomes or consequences resulting from member-to-member interactions outside the platform.
When uploading images, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIS GPS) as visitors may be able to download and extract such data. We do not accept any liability for any consequences should files with embedded location data be uploaded.
Members may use GIFs and other visual media when posting responses within the Forum. All such content must be appropriate, respectful, and consistent with the professional nature of the community.

The Forum includes a live chat room that is open from 12:00 (midday) on Fridays until 23:59 on Sundays. The chat room is intended as an informal space for candid discussion and peer support, including honest, blunt, humorous, or frustrated expression that members may not feel comfortable sharing in public or professional settings.
Participation in the live chat room is anonymous to other members. Chat messages are not recorded, stored, or made available after the chat session ends.
However, anonymity does not remove a member’s responsibility to comply with these Terms.
Members should not assume that content shared in the chat room is private or risk-free, and should exercise appropriate judgment when participating.
While the live chat room allows informal and candid conversation, members must not use the chat to post content that is:
